Service Description. This Site describes Retaining Wall Installation, Fireplace Construction, Brick Wall Repair, Outdoor Kitchen Construction, Brick Repair provided by Scott D Williams Masonry and Construction. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
End of Use. Scott D Williams Masonry and Construction may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
As-Is Basis. https://scottdwilliamsmasonryandconstruction.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Scott D Williams Masonry and Construction makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Limitation. In no event will Scott D Williams Masonry and Construction's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
